Q. How do we charge?
A. We charge per seating position.
Q. How long does it take to dry after cleaning?
A. Around 5 hours weather dependent
Q. How long will the job take?
A. 1 hour for a 5 seat sofa
Q. Will the stains come out?
A. Most of them will, but there are many types that wont e.g bleach, burn, worn down areas and colorful dye stains.

Curtains

Q. How much will it cost?
A. We charge per panel (1m to 1.3m of width of material) price varies depending on size, stains and the amount of layers. Starting from $10 up to $30. Please contact us for a quote.
Q. How long does it take to dry after cleaning?
A. It will vary hugely on the weather. warm windy open homes can dry curtains in 2 hours. most jobs are around 5 hours. wet cold closed up homes can take up to 48 hours. Having fans and heaters on help.
Q. Does it smell?
A. Yes it will if they are mouldy for up to 48 hours, as bleach is used. Most people are OK with it that night. (Takeaway option is available if preferred)
Q. Is it risky to use bleach and wet wash ?
A. There is very small risk of it spilling or ruining a curtain. tests will be done to check for colorfastness and shrinkage. Thermal curtains are the most risky type.
Q. What happens if something goes wrong?
A. Usually this is because the curtains are unclean-able being sun damaged or not bleach-able . Any accidental damage will be covered by us.
Q. How long will the job take?
A. Onsite cleaning is quick, averaging at 10 minutes per panel.

A. We charge per m2 or per room, starting at $70. Please ask us
Q. How long does it take to dry after cleaning?
A. It will vary hugely on the weather. warm windy open homes can dry carpet in 2 hours. most jobs are around 5 hours . wet cold closed up homes can take up to 48 hours.
Q. How long will the job take?
A. 1 hour for a 3 br home. 2 hours for a very large home
Q. Do we need to move the furniture?
A. We are happy to move things around, but it will be cheaper if things are already moved for us
